Dashboard
Our Dashboards allow you to gather some insights on the number of Orders & Shipments placed by your Organization, the cost breakdown over time of those Orders & Shipments along with a breakdown of your payment types, insights into your Purchase Orders & User usage statistics.
Organization Summary
Starting with the Summary section you can see the number of Orders & Shipments Placed, Fulfilled, and Delivered over the course of the previous Day, Week, Month & Year:
At the bottom of each tile you can see your percentage increase or decline from the previous specified time period (Week, Month, Year) and your 'Estimated Average' (EA) for the specified time period. The left most tile in the following example indicates a 100% Increase in orders placed from the previous 30 Day period & an estimated average of 1.3 orders per day:
*Note Sometimes delays in order processing can occur, Dashboards are updated daily and new orders may not immediately be reflected.
Operations section
The Operations section of your dashboard provides insight into your use of the POPs platform. It is subdivided into 3 categories, Packaging, Shipping & Users. These categories will give you counts & statistics to understand the volume & status of your orders as well as the number of users in your Organization.
Packaging
The Packaging category focuses specifically on your overall usage statistics on POPs based on the amount of shipping solutions you have ordered from us!
You can filter your Packaging statistics by Individual Business Units and/or Individual Inmark Shipping Solutions:
The tiles will reflect the changes and display only the statistics for your combination of Business Unit & Shipping Solution.
Shipping
The Shipping category focuses on the current status of your orders as well as the the volumes of orders placed and shipped. It can be divided into two sub-categories, the general tiles at the top focused on the statistics of the Organization or individual Business Units:
and the bottom tiles, focused on statistics related to individual Payload Destinations in your Organization, specified via the dropdown:
*Note: All tiles below a filter dropdown will be affected by the dropdown.
Users
The Users category focuses in on the number of Users in your Organization & how many of them are actively using the POPs platform.
These statistics can also be filtered by Business Unit using the provided dropdown filter.
Financial Section
The Financial section focuses in on the monetary value of your time spent on POPs. This section is further subdivided into four categories: Packaging, Shipping, Payment Methods & Purchase Orders, lets go through each of them in turn.
Packaging
This Packaging category gives you a brief overview of your number of Shipping solutions ordered to give additional context to the main attraction of this category, money spent!
These tiles can also be broken down as desired by any individual Business Unit and/or Shipping solution combination.
Shipping
The shipping category also gives a brief summary of the number of orders placed, before providing you with a breakdown of the shipping costs of the orders placed across your Organization on POPs.
Like the previous Shipping category under Operations, there is also a two part sub-category division among the statistics, the first batch, focusing on broad shipping costs as they relate to your Business Units:
and the second sub-category focuses on the breakdown of the costs of your shipments by specific payload destinations inside of your Organization:
Payment Methods
The Payment Methods section provides a breakdown of your spend using different payment methods on POPs, this breakdown can either be viewed per Business Unit or for your entire Organization:
Purchase Orders
The Purchase Order section, requires your Organization to have made the switch to using our new PO Tracker feature, for more information on that, click here.
If you have already made the switch to using PO Tracker, you will find a wealth of information regarding your Purchase Orders in this section. You should see a financial breakdown of each of your Purchase Orders including a few of the most recent orders you can review at your leisure:
You can filter out your Purchase Orders by Individual Business Units should you wish to. You can also click on the 'View All' button to see a list of orders placed using this Purchase Order:
By clicking on any of the orders you will be redirected to the details of said order for your review:
