To create a new Organization, you will have to sign up for a User Account first. You can follow the following video to register a User Account:
Already have a User account?
If you already have a user account, you will simply be able to sign in to your account, navigate to "Switch Business Unit" via the dropdown on the top right:
This should take you to the Business Unit Picker page, from here you will be able to create a new Organization, by navigating to the Admin Tab & Clicking on either of the Create buttons:
A dialog box will appear asking you to confirm that you want to create a new organization:
After typing in "Create New Organization" and clicking continue, you'll be taken to the Organization Enrollment page:
Filling out the details here and continuing will take you to the success page from which you can continue to your Organizations settings page:
