If the product key is not recognized, you’ll receive a warning message indicating the issue.
Taking a Course
We have a visual help guide on course navigation available here.
As a Saf-T-Pak Training account holder, you can access the application from any compatible, internet-connected device—24/7. This means you can train on your desktop at work, smartphone, tablet, or home PC.
Accessing Your Courses
- Go to the My Home screen under the Online Courses tab to view all active* courses you’re enrolled in.
- If you purchased a Webinar, it will appear under the Webinar tab.
- If you purchased a Seminar, it will appear under the Seminar tab.
Starting a Course
Once you select a course, you’ll see the chapter index.
- Choose a chapter to begin.
- Read through the training material and follow on-screen instructions to complete each chapter.
Exams and Certificates
- For courses with a Final Exam, you can access the exam after completing all required chapters. The exam will include questions from completed chapters only. Optional chapters not completed will not appear on the exam, and you won’t receive credit for them on your certificate.
- For courses with Chapter-Based Exams, you’ll take an exam specific to each chapter immediately after completing its content.
Completion certificates are awarded when all required exam conditions are met:
- Cumulative Final Exam: Certificate issued after achieving the minimum passing score.
-
Chapter-Based Exams: Certificate issued once all required chapters have passing scores.
Both exam types only provide credit for chapters completed and tested.
Additional Notes
- *Expired courses with valid certificates remain visible on your My Home page. Courses with expired certificates are hidden by default but can be shown in My Account Settings.
- Course Type defaults to Comprehensive Training. If you’ve taken the course before, you can choose Refresher Training, which removes repetitive content while testing the same material.
