As a Saf-T-Pak Training account holder, you can access the application from any compatible internet-connected device—24/7. This means you can complete your training on:
- Your desktop at work
- Your smartphone
- Your tablet
- Your home PC
To view your enrolled courses:
- Go to the My Home screen under the Online Courses tab to see all active* courses.
- If you’ve purchased a Webinar, it will appear under the Webinar tab.
- If you’ve purchased a Seminar, it will appear under the Seminar tab.
Welcome page
The Online Courses tab is where you’ll find most of what you need for your training. Here, you can:
- View all your currently enrolled courses.
- Track your progress through each course.
Clicking on a course name will take you to the list of chapters within that course. Before diving into chapters, let’s review the icons displayed at the bottom of the page in the image below.
The first icon provides the course description, outlining the overall goal of the course and summarizing the topics it will cover.
The Exam tab is where you’ll find your completion certificate once you successfully finish your training.
Below, you’ll see a before and after course completion image to show what this tab looks like at different stages.

To keep things clear and transparent, we’ve included a Settings tab. This section lets you know exactly what to expect while taking the course.
In the Settings tab, you’ll find all the key details for your course, including:
- Certificate validity period
- Passing score requirements
- Exam settings (if applicable)
- Whether your course uses Chapter-Based Testing (short exams after each chapter) or a Cumulative Final Exam (one exam covering all course content)
You can also update your notification preferences for this specific course here.
Next, you’ll see a Help section that explains the differences between the types of courses we offer and outlines what’s expected of you as a learner:
The Notifications tab is where your course administrator can share important updates and communicate with all students enrolled in the course.
Once you actually navigate to the content of your course by clicking on the title:

Course Page
The Course Page provides access to all chapters in your course. It shows:
- Your progress through each chapter.
- Whether a chapter is mandatory for course completion.
On this page, all chapters will be displayed in a clear, organized format like the example below:
At the top of your course page, you’ll find tabs that provide quick access to:
- Chapters
- Final Exam
- Events
- News
- Notifications
- Course Admin Notifications
These tabs help you stay informed and easily manage all aspects of your training.
The Final Exam tab becomes useful once you’ve completed all mandatory chapters. From here, you can:
- Access your Final Exam.
- Download your Completion Certificate after passing the exam.

If your course uses Chapter-Based Testing, you’ll see a Certificate of Completion tab instead of the Final Exam tab. This tab provides access to your certificate once all mandatory chapters have been successfully completed:
The Events, News, and Notifications tabs are managed by Saf-T-Pak staff to keep you informed and up to date.
- Events: This section highlights upcoming activities and opportunities designed to support your success in completing your course.
- News: Here you’ll find relevant updates and information about real-world developments that may impact your learning materials. For example, new court rulings or regulatory changes that affect course content.
- Notifications: Stay alert to important announcements and reminders related to your training experience.
These resources ensure you have timely, accurate information to enhance your learning journey.
The Course Admin Notifications tab displays messages and alerts sent directly by your course administrator. These notifications may include imp:rtant updates, instructions, or reminders related to your training and course progress.
Chapter Tile
To begin a chapter, simply click on its title. Each chapter clearly indicates whether it is required for course completion and certification.
While optional chapters are not mandatory for certification, it is your responsibility as a student to complete any optional chapters necessary to meet your job requirements.
At the bottom of each chapter, you’ll find three tabs that you can switch between. The first tab provides a detailed description of the chapter and its contents, helping you understand what the material covers before you begin:
The Exam tab is where you’ll access your test if your course uses Chapter-Based Testing. This feature allows you to complete exams specific to each chapter.
