Transferring all Administrator Access to New Admin
You will need to first make sure the user you wish to transfer to has an existing account on apps.saftpak.com.
Next, the current administrator will need to log in to their account and access the Course Administrator App tab.
Click on "Transfer Admin Authority" as shown above. Proceed to "Transfer All Settings and Content".
Enter the new admin's email address in the required field, then click the green arrow. This will transfer the admin to the new person. If you have any issues, please confirm the email address of the user you wish to transfer the Administration license to and that their account is in good standing.
Transferring Administrator Accounts by Purchase
You will need to first make sure the user you wish to transfer to has an existing account on apps.saftpak.com.
Next, the current administrator will need to log in to their account and access the Course Administrator App tab.
Click on the order history tab:
Find the order number of the purchase you wish to transfer to a different Administrator. Click on the transfer tab as shown below.
Enter the new Admin's email address in the required field, then click the green arrow. This will transfer the admin to the new Admin's user account.
If you have any issues, please confirm the email address of the user you wish to transfer the Administration license to and that their account is in good standing.
