If an employee assigned a course product key leaves your company, you may be able to revoke their access to it.
** Course product keys can be released as long as there is no chapter progress and an exam has not been attempted.
To release a course product key, you must have the Course Administration Hub configured. Inside the ourse Administration Hub, you can find the student you would like to revoke access to by filtering on "Course Keys in Progress. Click "More" to open the student info panel and select the Settings Tab (green gear icon). Select "Release Product Key" to remove the user from the Course Key.
If the user in question has never created an Account and the product key is still set to "pending" because it was assigned through the distribution option, you can have the new user manually add the course product key to their Account after they sign up.
