1.1 Using Email to Reset Password
If you have forgotten your Password, you can use the Reset Password option by sending an Email. Please note that you must have previously confirmed the Email Address that is going to be used. To start resetting your Password, click here and follow the steps below.
- Select the Email button.
- Input your email address.s
- After submitting, wait until you receive an Email containing a Reset Now link.
- Use the Reset Now link to reset your Password.
Saf-T-Pak cannot provide you with your Password if you forget it and are unable to follow the steps above.
1.2 Using SMS to reset Password
If you have forgotten your Password, you can use the Reset Password option by sending a Text Message (SMS) to your mobile device or any device that supports receiving SMS. Please note that you must have previously confirmed the Phone Number to be used. Carrier messaging rates may apply. To start resetting your Password, click here and follow the steps below.
- Select the Text Message (SMS) button.
- Select your Country of residence and input your phone number (with or without dashes)
- After submitting, wait until you receive an SMS message containing the Validation Code.
- Input the code that you received.
- Reset your Password.
Saf-T-Pak cannot provide you with your Password if you forget it and are unable to follow the steps above.
If you forget your Password and have not previously confirmed your account, Saf-T-Pak may be able to resend an account confirmation email. Once you have confirmed your account, you can reset your Password.
