Standard Application Features

  • Faster registration for new users

    • We took multiple steps to streamline the registration process for new users. This includes users who self-register and those who accept an Account invite sent to their email.
    • Organizations can be created through the Business Unit Switcher, and no new user needs to be created for Organization creation. 

  • Distribution Center Mode

    • We've added a new feature to help customers with diverse geographic needs. Last year, we introduced many new international shipping capabilities. This year, we are launching a companion feature called "Distribution Center Mode". When customers use our Ship Now™ process, they can now configure their items to ship to different destinations depending on the country they are located in. Customers can configure their Item destinations to maintain domestic-only shipping, international shipping, or a hybrid model of the two. For more information, talk to one of our knowledgeable staff members. A tutorial on this feature is coming soon and will be available here in our help center. 
  • Standardized price display formatting in catalog views

  • Added placeholder image for shipment items

  • Version 6.7 has fully transitioned all organizations to Purchase Order Tracker.

  • Cookies have been updated to improve security and, where applicable, prevent Cross-Site Attacks. They are also only usable through HTTPS-secured requests.

  • Implemented ReCAPTCHA verification on Register New User, Add New Organization, and Add New Registration Token features. 

  • Optimized Recent Address functionality for better performance across large Organization data sets. 

  • Improved user experience for Business Unit Switcher.

     

Admin Plus

  • Administrators can now add their Organization logo for a personalized touch.
  • Digital documents can now be based on private digital products.
  • Distribution Center Mode settings can be cloned to all items within a Collection or Business Unit.

Bugfixes

- Fixed 'disable confirmation email' available after form submit in Admin Plus users 

- Improved error messaging in Ship Now™ process. 

- Fixed 'available license' count to exclude invited users' licenses 

- Fixed a bug where orders with only a forwarding shipment were displaying "NA" for the Purchase Order Number instead of the correct purchase order number from the forwarding shipment. 

- Fixed a bug with Shipping Carrier region mapping. 

- Improved security checks for Organization Users, Business Unit Users, and all application users. 

- Improved error messaging for misaligned Organization setups.  

- Improved error messaging for misconfigured user setups.
