Added welcome message feature.
- The message includes the number of days remaining to access the first course that expires.
Added Notification Builder feature
- Added link to notification builder, all admin task dropdowns in the Course Admin Hub
- Added Notification tabs to the home page of the Course Admin Hub as well as each of the courses.
- Added Notification builder view, which can send an email notification, pin the notification to the list, or both.
- Added a Course admin notification tab inside the course view itself
- Added a pager to each notification list displaying a maximum of 3 notifications per page.
- Added the create notification button to the bottom of the admin notification list in the Admin Hub.
Phone subscription alert
- The user will receive an SMS alert when they confirm their number
