In 2021, we launched Inmark SaaS V3.0.0, a milestone that marked the realization of the Shipping as a Service concept. With this release, our customers not only received tracking information for all their packaging orders fulfilled at an Inmark Life Science warehouse, but also live tracking for all shipments made using those packages. This innovation turned Inmark SaaS into a single, comprehensive solution for the activities that first attracted our customers.
Key highlights of Inmark SaaS Version 3 include:
- Real-time shipping rates for both Inmark shipments and customer items.
- The ability for customers to use their own UPS or FedEx accounts, with direct billing from their preferred Carrier.
- Centralized tracking for orders, shipments, and shipment Item data, providing purchasing representatives and management with real-time business insights.
