Registering for an Account
Every POPs user must have an individual account. There are two ways to register:
- Invitation Email: If your administrator has invited you, you’ll receive an email with a link to POPs. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration.
- Registration Token: If you’ve been given a Registration Token, you’ll be prompted to enter it after providing your email address.
If you do not have an invitation email or a Registration Token, please contact your organization’s administrator for assistance.
Updating your Personal Profile
Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date personal profile ensures you receive the best possible support from your organization’s administrative team and from Inmark’s customer service when assistance is needed.
Favorite Address Management
If you frequently ship to or from the same locations, the Favorite Addresses feature can help streamline your process and reduce errors. You can save complete addresses for quick reuse, or even store partial addresses as templates—perfect for creating unique shipments within the same city, state, or institution.
Shipping your Payloads with "Ship Now"
Inmark’s Ship Now feature is designed to reduce the complexity of your organization’s shipping operations. Key shipment details are preconfigured, so all you need to do is fill in the remaining fields. This “fill-in-the-blanks” approach ensures your payload is delivered accurately, with minimal errors, while fully aligning with your organization’s business processes.
Using Trunk Stock for Shipping your Payloads
The term Trunk Stock refers to shipping your payloads without waiting for a new Shipping Solution to arrive at your starting location. Instead, you can use the Shipping Solutions you already have on hand to complete your payload shipment in minutes through the POPs app.
Normally, it can take a couple of days to receive a Shipping Solution. With Trunk Stock, you can follow all your organization’s business processes and ship your payload in as little as 10 minutes. Let Inmark’s Trunk Stock process save you time—so you can focus on what you do best.
Viewing your Shipping Solution Order History
Tired of searching through emails or contacting customer service for order or shipping details? With the Order History feature, you can easily view the status of your orders—and so can your organization’s administrators. Combined with Shipment History, these tools give you a clear overview of all your orders and shipments, no matter how many you have in progress.
Viewing your Payload Shipment History
Many packaging providers consider their job complete once the products leave their warehouse. At Inmark, we take it further. Our responsibility isn’t finished until your payload reaches its final destination—and you’ve had the opportunity to review and analyze your shipping performance for the entire reporting cycle.
